Shipping policy

1. Once goods have been sent and or picked up, any damage, loss, or mishandling is the sole responsibility of the customer and the courier company engaged. All products are dispatched with maximum protection; however, Top Dog Bakery cannot be held liable for issues occurring after handover. Customers may raise concerns directly with the courier, but no refunds will be provided. Replacement of goods may be offered at Top Dog Bakery’s discretion. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods are handed over. At the time of purchase, customers may choose either postal delivery or in‑person collection.
3. If no contact is made immediately upon receipt to report an issue, the order will be deemed satisfactory. Responsibility for the goods then rests solely with the customer.
4. Top Dog Bakery accepts no responsibility for the conduct of third‑party delivery services while goods are in transit. This includes, but is not limited to, lost or stolen items, delays, or other service failures.
5. Once goods are passed to a third‑party courier, Top Dog Bakery has no further responsibility for their services. Any claims or actions must be pursued directly with the delivery provider by the customer.
6. Top Dog Bakery cannot accept responsibility for matters outside our control.

7. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Top Dog Bakery or its partners liable for the actions or omissions of third‑party service providers.
